Jennipher Ama, RN CMC
President
Jennipher Ama
Jennipher began her career working in elder care as a Certified Nurse’s Aide. She went on to become a Registered Nurse with a specialization in Critical Care. In her years spent working in hospitals, retirement communities and nursing homes, she recognized her passion for elder care and has since devoted her life work towards ensuring quality care for the elderly, their families, and other vulnerable populations.
Jennipher’s career has provided her with a wealth of knowledge and passion for service as she continues to advocate for those in need of additional assistance throughout their aging journey.
Jennipher founded Family First Senior Care, a Care Management and Home Care agency in 2005. In 2018, Jennipher was approached by investors who shared her vision for elder care and the transformation of the quality of family and aging care the world over. Jennipher became President of Villageplan, LLC and is focused on offering quality elder care throughout the Pacific Northwest. Her mission is for Villageplan to be the gold standard of elder care with the implementation of innovative technologies designed to assist in creating robust care plans specific to client needs; and offering best practices for the delivery of a wide range of holistic services to elevate the quality life of for individuals and their families as they journey through the aging process together.
A lifetime resident of Washington state, Jennipher has three children and three dogs. She enjoys spending her free time with family, cheering at her children’s sporting events, hiking in the beautiful Washington countryside, and hosting backyard BBQs.
Luciano Grubissich, M.D.

Luciano Grubissich
After finishing his medical training as a Post Proctorial Fellow at Harvard Medical School - Brigham and Women's Hospital in 2004, Dr. Grubissich joined the Executive team at Best Doctors as Senior Vice President and Medical Director. At Best Doctors, Dr. Grubissich was charged with creating processes and procedures to manage thousands of complex medical cases per year in an investigatory method that would expose dynamic medical and non-medical social determinants. In 2014 Dr. Grubissich completed his Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Psychoanalysis. Since then, Dr. Grubissich worked in many behavioral health settings in crisis management, outpatient clinics, in-home therapy, and more recently as the Director of the Latino Clinic in Jamaica Plain, MA.
Dr. Grubissich joined Villageplan in February 2018 as the Chief Medical Director. His vision for Villageplan is to bring enhanced diagnosis investigation methods to the challenges of aging and complex challenges improving holistic outcomes for the whole family.
Heidi Hodges

Heidi Hodges
Heidi has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, specializing in geriatric care. Her clinical experience includes in home care, long term care facilities and hospital settings. She started with the company in 2010 as a Scheduling Coordinator and through the years has made an impact in nearly every Villageplan department. Most recently, she has been promoted to Revenue Accountant. Heidi is passionate about using her clinical and administrative knowledge to help our team ensure that our clients are receiving the best care possible. She calls Portland, OR home and lives there with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking and loves any excuse to have a dinner party.
Jenifer Nazarowski, LICSW CMC

Jenifer Nazarowski, MSW, LICSW
Jenifer is a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker (LICSW) and Certified Care Manager with an emphasis in mental health and dementia. Jenifer completed her undergraduate studies at Pacific Lutheran University and earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Walla Walla University. Her experience comes from working in the medical field for the past 15 years. She specializes in working with individuals who have developmental and severe chronic health needs and is a licensed mental health counselor. Jenifer is a strong advocate and enjoys assisting families and clients – navigating them through the barriers and obstacles of healthcare.
Jenifer is an active member of the Aging Life Care Association, MultiCare Institutional Review Board, and Health Care Providers Council. She is also highly involved in her community church music and children’s programs.
Jenifer calls Tacoma home and lives here with her husband and two sons, extended family, and three spoiled fur babies. Hank, her French Bulldog, is not only loved by staff, but is a certified therapy dog who brings comfort and a smile regularly to clients.

Jennifer Shuman, Regional Manager
Jenn’s passion for Home Care stems from her own personal connection with in-home caregiving and family support. Having a close family member suffer from dementia and wanting to allow her to age gracefully at home with a trusted caregiver in place led Jenn to get involved with Villageplan. “My goal is to have an instrumental part in proving exceptional, trusted, and skilled caregivers to our community and to be able to pave the way for others in need to receive the care and comfort my family member received.” Jenn started her career in health care at Rockwood Clinic and then joined the Family First Senior Care, now Villageplan team in 2016 and is honored to be a part of this growing community of like-minded professionals.
When Jenn is not working, she enjoys spending time with my family volunteering for different Alzheimer’s events across the state of Washington and is an enthusiastic advocate for Donate Life Northwest.
Becky Tiller, MA LMHC

Becky Tiller, MA, LMHC
Rebecca (Becky) Tiller has been working with adults and elders in the Spokane area since 1985. Prior to her work in care management, she was Assistant Director for Holy Family Adult Day Centers (now Providence Adult Day Health) for 12 years. She earned her BA in Communication in 1982 from Boise State University and her MA in Counseling Psychology in 1985 from Gonzaga University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (License # LH00006116) and a Geriatric Mental Health Specialist. Becky served as a Board Member and President of the Inland NW Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association from 1989 to 1995. She has developed and facilitated caregiver support groups for over 30 years including a Male Caregiver Support Group and an Early-Stage Support Group for those with a dementing illness. This group continues today but has been renamed Brainiacs per group direction. She is a past member of Holy Family Hospital’s (now Providence Holy Family Hospital) Ethics Committee and the hospital’s End of Life Committee. She served on the Board of Directors for the Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners for two terms. She opened Ambrosis, LLC dba Tiller Care Strategies an adult and geriatric care management company in 2004 which she operated until joining Villageplan, LLC dba as Family First Senior Care in September 2019. She currently serves as their Director of Licensed Counseling.
Tim Platt

Tim Platt
After growing up in New Jersey’s capital Trenton, Tim relocated to New England for his undergraduate schooling. With a B.S. in Computer Science, he started work with Kurzweil Computer Products, helping to develop KCP’s reading machine for the blind. It was there where Tim began a long collaboration with Allan Stratton. In 2014, by which time Kurzweil had become Nuance Communications, Tim went to work for NoteSwift, leveraging speech recognition and AI to help Doctors with the burden of documentation. Tim brings this mix of technology, understanding of EHR systems, and machine learning to Villageplan with the goal of automating and streamlining the administrative and business analytic tasks that burden the care management and homecare field.

Hank has a scent for endearing compassion and never meets a stranger. His professional background includes being a certified service dog who brings smiles and comfort to all that he meets. A favorite pastime for Hank is to play fetch, beg for treats, and long walks on the beach. You will not find a better listener, although he is still working on his professional boundaries at times, and may invade your personal space and want to sit on your feet.
